SPONSOR A WAITING CHILD TODAY

Make an eternal difference in the life of a child in need. Sponsor a child who has been waiting for a sponsor

2 Corinthians 9:6-8

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF ORGANIZATIONS MAJOR PROGRAMMES

The Project – An Overview
In spite of planned development of and special provision for accelerated socio-economic development of neglected/disadvantaged sections, the issue of orphan, semi orphan and street children is not properly addressed. Agape Mohabbat Foundation project area many Orphan, Semi Orphan and Street Children are found. The problem of orphan / street children is acute due to urbanization and industrialization. Due to the Deaths of HIV/AIDS affected persons, Re-marriage of Deserted / Widowed / Divorce women, Absence of love and security in the families, Family disputes, Unwanted pregnancy of Trafficking / Sexually exploited girls; these orphan and street children are left without care and support. These children are involved in rag picking; pick pocketing and participating in anti social, criminal activities. Therefore, we envisage mainstreaming these children in the national building by providing care, support and protection in Agape Mohabbat Foundation. The project proposed in this scheme is meant for additional support to run the orphan children home.

The Project – An Overview
There are more than 18,000 brick kilns in Pakistan, with about 90 per cent of them being in Punjab and Sindh, producing about 45 billion bricks every year, 4.5 million people work at kilns across the country. Making it the third largest brick producer in South Asia, behind India and Bangladesh. (Published in Dawn, May 6th, 2021). Thousands of kids are working on brick kilns as early as the age of five. Working in conditions of blistering heat and damp cold, these dear children survive with little food, clothes or shelter. Many grow in slavery and die in slavery. We long to rescue these young victims of slavery and give them a better future in the Lord.
Why we need this Project?
Pakistan is a country that has experienced political and economic turmoil for decades. These conditions coupled with the impacts of natural disasters have made under nutrition and malnutrition a huge concern in the country. While over the past several years the country has implemented initiatives to improve the food situation, the challenges surrounding food security remain and hunger in Pakistan remain a major issue. Keeping this situation in mind, AGAPE MOHABBAT FOUNDATION decided that no man, woman or child should ever sleep hungry or die. We are working day and night to achieve this goal.
